General Alliance Information
- Download the Alliance League App for all Committee, Team and Referee Contact details.
- All matches are permitted to use Rolling Substitutes (5 from 5). A referee may request a team sheet - a template is available in Useful Links
- Away teams pay the referee fee of £40 in all League & Cups matches
- Clubs are allowed 2 free date requests a season (one in each calendar year) - the League require 7 days notice - see link on the front page
Match day Signings
The procedure for signing players on the day (max.3) is as follows
1. Text Mark or Hilary (numbers on app) before 10.30am the players full name, date of birth and email address
2. Add the player on to Whole Game System (with online consent)
3. The League will approve the registration
4. Club can now complete the team sheet on Full Time
NEW: Where a player does not feature in the fixture (e.g. a no show) the Club must send a cancellation text message to the Registration Secretary by 3pm on the Sunday of the game (or immediately following a midweek fixture)
League Cup Rules
- Rolling Subs are permitted
- 5 substitutes can be named & used
- Away team pays the referee
- On morning signings are permitted (rules are available here)
- Referee & Teams can request team sheets prior to kick off
- No appearance threshold in place until Semi Final & Final
- NEW If a draw at Full Time, straight to penalties

County Cup Rules
- No Extra time (straight to penalties)
- Away team pays the referee in all rounds up until the semi final (£40 fee)
- Postponed games automatically reversed to the opposition ground the following week
- Team sheet to be submitted through Full Time
- Home side to provide match ball
- Paper team sheet to be handed to referee before kick off
- Five substitutes can be nominated and all can be used. Roll on off permitted
- Players can only play for one Sunday Adult Club in the County Cup in on season
- Players must be registered with their League 2 clear days to the game
- If a referee does not turn up, both teams must mutually agree a referee, failure to do so will be deemed a breach of competition rules
